Impeccably clean rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Magnificent views of the castle and mountains all around. The marvellous location for the price, really close to the various Matsumoto tourist attractions, other sightseeing areas, and the main train and bus station. For tea or coffee visit ajisai cafe nearby.

What a fairly nice stay, no complains at all. Peaceful accommodation, very attentive staff, marvellous location in the city area. Excellent breakfast - 3 star level.

The breakfast buffet was massive and impressive, with a great mix of Western and Japanese options. 😋 The location near Matsumoto Castle was super convenient, but the breakfast on the first day was a bit disappointing.

Positive, Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Super close to Matsumoto Castle. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the French toast. Staff were really helpful and even assisted with our reservations.

Fantastic location just steps from the castle.

The external entrance was quite uninviting on arrival. It gave off the impression of a backstreet shop. Once we entered, however, the elegance of the reception area lifted my spirits momentarily. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the disappointing air conditioning in our room, which left us uncomfortably hot at night with the added annoyance of city noise seeping through.

The staff were super attentive, helping me with dinner reservations and providing a great breakfast vibe. The spacious room was super comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to the castle made sightseeing easy.

A Nice Stay with Fantastic Staff!

During our two-night stay, the staff were great, accommodating our early departure with a friendly smile. The location made exploring nearby attractions easy. Don't miss the local dining options. They're just a brief walk away. Perfect for families with small children!

Excellent location just a short walk from a historic castle with varied dining options nearby, albeit some require reservations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. The staff provided really good service, even offering a helpful map to nearby restaurants. Breakfast offered an excellent buffet with a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, all in a beautifully designed dining area.

The location is fantastic, only a short jaunt to Matsumoto Castle. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan, with all the essentials and a big, comfy bed. Plus, breakfast is served in a former bank hall-talk about a luxurious start to the day with great variety!

The rooms here were clean, well-equipped with a view of the castle, and the added features like a bidet, fresh towels, and slippers were a nice touch.

The building and rooms here are really nice, and some of them have a view overlooking the castle 🏰. It's handy to have a personal safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card in the room.
